Before you book

All treatments and therapies are for adults aged 18 and over.
Please read the “Before you book” section on the page for what you’re booking — Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Red Light Therapy, Colonic Hydrotherapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Post-Operative MLD and Reiki — which sets out that service’s suitability and screening requirements. Where they aren’t met, we may be unable to provide the treatment on arrival, and the appointment is treated under our cancellation policy.
When you book, we email you a consultation and suitability screening form to complete before your first treatment of each type. Please complete it fully and accurately — where a form is materially incomplete or incorrect, we may need to refuse treatment on safety grounds, and the booking is treated as a late cancellation.
Please arrive in good time — late arrival may reduce your treatment time, with the full charge still applying.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a 50% charge; no-shows may be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

Consultation first. All clients complete a consultation and suitability screening before their first treatment. This is a complementary wellbeing therapy — it supports relaxation, comfort and general wellbeing and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, advice or treatment. Individual responses vary.
