2. Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by telephone, social media, email or in person.

A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

Appointments are not confirmed until payment, where required, has been received and booking confirmation has been issued. All appointments are subject to availability.

Advance booking availability: our online booking system allows appointments to be booked up to 3 months in advance, with further availability released on a rolling basis. Clients purchasing a course or programme are responsible for booking their appointments as dates become available. The 3-month advance booking window does not alter the validity period of a course or programme.

Late cancellations may incur a 50% charge.

No-shows may be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

Where an appointment forms part of a prepaid course or programme, an appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be deducted from the client's remaining sessions.

4. Memberships, Courses & Programmes

Memberships, treatment courses and programmes are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Membership benefits apply only to the named member.

Courses and programmes must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase.

Treatment recommendations, schedules and programme structures may be adapted by the practitioner where clinically appropriate and with the client's wellbeing and suitability in mind.

5. Payments

Payment for all treatments, services, courses, programmes, memberships and products is due in full prior to the commencement of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing by Health Pod Frodsham.

Prices are subject to change. Any promotional prices or discounts are subject to the individual terms and conditions of the offer.

6. Health & Medical Information, Client Responsibility, Illness Disclosure & Healing Responses

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate and up-to-date information regarding their medical history, health conditions, medications, allergies, recent surgeries, injuries, pregnancy status and any other relevant information.

Clients must immediately notify Health Pod Frodsham of any changes to their health, medication, symptoms, diagnoses, infections, contagious illnesses or medical circumstances prior to each appointment.

Practitioners reserve the right to postpone, modify or refuse treatment where it is deemed necessary for client safety or practitioner wellbeing. Failure to disclose relevant medical information may increase the risk of adverse reactions or complications, and Health Pod Frodsham accepts no responsibility for outcomes arising from information that has been withheld, omitted, is inaccurate or outdated.

Clients should not attend if experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness. Some treatments may produce temporary responses such as fatigue, headaches, soreness, dizziness, emotional responses, increased thirst or urination, changes in bowel habits, sleep disturbances or temporary changes in existing symptoms. Seek appropriate medical advice if symptoms are severe, unexpected, prolonged or concerning.

Health Pod Frodsham does not diagnose medical conditions and does not replace the advice, diagnosis or treatment of a GP, consultant or other regulated healthcare professional.

7. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

All clients must complete a consultation and screening process prior to Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications and changes to their health.

All chamber safety instructions must be followed. Health Pod Frodsham reserves the right to refuse or postpone a session where treatment is considered unsuitable. Treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

8. Red Light Therapy

Clients must complete the appropriate consultation and screening process. Protective eyewear must be worn where advised.

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, skin conditions or medications that may affect light sensitivity. Treatment duration and frequency will be recommended based on individual suitability. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

9. Complementary Therapies

Complementary and holistic therapies offered by Health Pod Frodsham are intended to support relaxation, comfort and general wellbeing.

Results and individual responses vary and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Complementary therapies are not a replacement for medical diagnosis, advice or treatment.

10. Colonic Hydrotherapy

A full consultation and health screening is required prior to treatment. Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, surgeries and changes to their health, and must follow all pre-treatment and aftercare guidance provided.

Treatment may be refused or postponed where contraindications are identified or where medical clearance is required. Colonic Hydrotherapy is intended to support wellbeing and is not a substitute for medical care.

11. Late Arrival Policy

Clients are asked to arrive on time. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time to prevent disruption to subsequent appointments, and the full treatment charge will still apply.

Where a client arrives too late for treatment to be safely or appropriately carried out, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and cancellation charges may apply.

12. Refund Policy

Treatments, memberships, courses and programmes are non-refundable unless required by law.

Retail products and supplements are subject to the clinic's applicable returns and refund policy and the client's statutory rights. Refunds will not be provided for a change of mind in relation to completed treatments. Individual treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

13. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, and are subject to the validity period stated at the time of purchase.

Lost or stolen vouchers may not be replaced where proof of purchase cannot be provided. Treatments remain subject to consultation and client suitability.

14. Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while attending Health Pod Frodsham. Health Pod Frodsham accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

15. Photography & Marketing

Photographs, videos, testimonials or other identifiable client content will only be used for marketing or promotional purposes where appropriate consent has been obtained.

Clients may withdraw consent for future marketing use by contacting Health Pod Frodsham. Withdrawal will not affect content already lawfully used or processed prior to the request where applicable.

16. Data Protection & GDPR

Personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and applicable data protection legislation.

Client information will be collected, stored and processed appropriately and only used for legitimate clinic, treatment, administrative, legal or consented marketing purposes. Medical and consultation information will be treated confidentially and access will be restricted where appropriate.

17. Complaints Policy

Health Pod Frodsham is committed to a professional, respectful and high standard of service and encourages clients to raise concerns as soon as possible. Complaints may be made verbally or in writing.

A formal written complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days, with a formal response aimed for within 20 working days; where more time is required the client will be informed. Clients will not be disadvantaged for raising a genuine concern.

A complaint does not automatically entitle a client to a refund. Any resolution will be considered individually and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and the client's statutory rights.

18. Liability

While reasonable care is taken and treatments are provided following appropriate consultation and assessment, no guarantee can be given regarding treatment outcomes, and individual results and responses may vary.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

19. Right to Refuse Service

Health Pod Frodsham reserves the right to refuse, postpone, stop or modify treatment where contraindications exist or where the health, safety or wellbeing of the client, practitioner, staff or other persons may be compromised.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour towards staff, practitioners or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
